About Us

Pam has worked in the Information Services industry for over 15 years and is now the President of Information Now.

Pam graduated from the Library and Information Technician program from Sheridan College and the Social Service Worker program from Mohawk College.

She holds a professional CTT+ designation from CompTIA.

Pam's volunteer experience includes executive positions with SLA Toronto, SLA Leadership & Management Division, Ontario Association of Library Technicians/ Association des Bibliotechniciens de l'Ontario, and is on SLA’s advisory council for the 2010 annual conference in New Orleans.

An active member in associations and charities, Pam has received awards and recognition from OALT/ABO, Library and Information Technician program at Sheridan College, Boy Scouts and Girl Guides of Canada and the Canadian Diabetic Association.

Pam is known by her colleagues as a dedicated, enthusiastic, creative, and reliable professional.
